Dr. Peter Holmes
MA, DipTh, FCMI, PhD
Combining a career path in international business and psychology, Peter has a speciality in positive change, team building, emotional and social intelligence and the psychology of organisational structures. He holds an MA in Psychology and his doctorate is in therapeutic community and social change. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Lead Reviewer for the Royal College of Psychiatrists research unit. He has been a chairman and director of companies specialising in property, in business start-up, engineering, training, etc.
Dr. Susan Williams
BA(Hons), MPhil, ACIPD, PhD
An expert in Change Management and personal and organisational development, Susan is a consultant and trainer with extensive experience in the managing change in both the public and private sector. Susan is also a sociologist, with a Master of philosophy degree in facilitating change and her doctorate is creating relationships and environments that enable transformative change. Susan holds a diploma in learning and development, and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has been a financial director and managing director in companies in the education and training sector, in biotechnology, property management, etc.
Martin Carnall
PgCBA, DipRSA, MInstLM, LicCIPD, LIAV, AIFL
Martin’s expertise is in vocational and professional training. His speciality is systems and processes that help ensure quality of delivery of qualification programmes, and training leaders in this field. He has post-graduate qualifications in business administration and training and development, with numerous qualifications in learning, development, leadership, and assessment and verification. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Institute for Learning and the Institute of Assessors and Verifiers. He is currently completing an MSc in Organisation and Business
