Our Pedigree

Putting People First is an organisation committed to developing individuals, teams and organisations in management, leadership and training and a variety of other professional skills in the UK and internationally.

Putting People First has been formed with a diverse skills base drawn from a wide range of business disciplines. Its staff and specialist consultants have a wealth of expertise in most areas of management practice based on a combination of experience and postgraduate qualifications.

The purpose of Putting People First is to offer quality training, both bespoke packages and internationally recognised qualifications with a variety of awarding bodies. We provide consultancy for management of change, needs analysis, coaching and mentoring, together with organisational development services as part of our training programmes where necessary.

We also have a specialist Management Support Service for those involved in training and assessment of National Vocational Qualifications and Professional Qualifications, both in formal FE and HE establishments and private and industrial training establishments.
