Putting People First is an approved trainer with the UN. Its team members have extensive international experience including USA, Middle East, Russia, Baltic States and Africa. We are able to provide bespoke and accredited training programmes, and consultancy and partnership programmes for business start-ups, quality enhancement and expansion.
We are also specialists in training and personal development. We bring a values-based approach, creating a dynamic synergy between the needs of the individual and the organisation.
Projects have included
- team-building and restructuring for an international aid charity working in multiple sites through Central Asia and Europe
- pre-feasibility and business start-up research, training and implementation funded by government programmes
- researching and piloting small community-based mental health support programmes in East Africa
- providing leadership, marketing and management for the Lithuanian Deep Sea trawler fleet during a change of international management
- working with a Middle East training provider to cross-map national and local training against internationally-recognised professional and vocational qualifications
- personal development workshops adapted and delivered in international settings such as USA, Germany, Turkey and Egypt.
